Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. All items are sent by Royal Mail.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 09:00 until 18:00. We are always very happy to answer your queries about any of the items on web site or availability of products not listed too – please feel free to email us at welcome@joyem.co.uk
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately through this link: welcome@joyem.co.uk putting “Complaint” in the subject line.
All complaints will be acknowledged – and usually dealt with and resolved – within five UK working days – often within 48 hours. All complaints will be recorded and are used as a source of information to help us continue to improve our customer service.
OUR RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone for our return instructions.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our policy at JoYem is to respect the privacy of our customers at all times. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act and comply with the terms. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you place an order with us, or to be placed on our e-mailing list, we will place you on our mailing or e-mailing list and may from time to time send you information which we feel would be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such information, please contact us: welcome@joyem.co.uk putting “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
Your address, e-mail address, telephone number and other details will not be made available by us for use by any third party. We will only use this information ourselves to contact you on matters relating to your orders, or if we have future offers which may be of interest to you. We take our responsibility for the security of your details seriously.

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock.
