Kindly note that any trader requests where this information has not been supplied will be rejected with the deposit being non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

  • We do not ask for a deposit to book a stand, but you must pay the pitch fee in full at least 4 weeks before the event or your slot will be offered to traders on the waiting list.
  • Stall spaces will be pre-allocated.
  • Outdoor stall spaces are 4m x 4m and you must provide your own gazebo and tables.
  • You will be able to unload your vehicle at the front of the Hall and you will be required to move this to allocated parking 30 minutes before we open to visitors.
  • Outdoor stalls – stock must be removed overnight but gazebos may stay as long as they are properly staked, and you have signed a wavier form.
  • You will need to provide your PLI certificate and food hygiene and kitchen certificate if applicable when you pay for your stall, your booking will not be confirmed until we have received everything.
  • You must take all of your rubbish away with you.

Cancellation policy: if we have to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund on your stall fee. If you cancel after having paid for your stall, you will not be issued with refund.

Payment details: Once your booking has been confirmed an invoice will be raised and sent via email.

All bookings will be treated as provisional until the signed copy of the booking form is received by Middleton Hall & Gardens. This should be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt from us, failure to do so could result in the loss of the stall space. Please be aware that although we request a signed copy of this booking form be returned to us payment of the fee for the booking will also confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
